Insufferable academics, LLC. presents Coffee & Conversations
Pull up a chair. Pour yourself something warm and learn something…
IA presents Coffee & Conversations creates space for authors, editors, scholars, practitioners, and community voices to talk about the ideas, stories, and experiences behind their work. These aren’t simply conversations about books or publications, they are opportunities to dig deeper into the questions that matter, the experiences that shape scholarship, and the people whose voices too often get left out of the conversation.
From navigating higher education from the margins to exploring identity, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, belonging, and the unseen labor of academia, IA presents Coffee & Conversations brings the personal and the intellectual into the same room. Guests share the research and ideas behind their work, but also the journeys, challenges, perspectives, and lived experiences that give that work meaning.
Expect thoughtful questions, candid reflections, humor, and the occasional challenge to conventional wisdom. Whether we’re talking with authors about a new book, editors about a collection of ideas, or practitioners whose work pushes conversations forward, the goal is the same: learn something.
So sit back, grab your spiced tea or your half-caf/decaf and join us, for coffee & conversation.
